We have had a number of our clients ask us for assistance for an Office Move, so we thought we would set out here the assistance we can offer. If there are other things beyond these then please ask and we may be able to assist with them as well.
We were contacted by one of our existing clients who asked for our assistance. We drafted for them a precedent email to send to all clients. They had to get their list of clients ready for us. They used the LEAP case management system, so we used to tool whtin that to mailmerge the clients. Into the precedent email we added a short paragraph listing their services. When we checked 3 days after the mailmerge they told us that they had already picked up new work to the tune of £4,800 net fees. Over the weekend of the move we then made the required changes to their document templates so that they could start trading seemlessly on the Monday Morning from their new offices.
